Terms & Conditions

1. Service Description

QRstio (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a QR code generation service. When you purchase a QR code from us, you provide a URL and we generate a QR code that, when scanned, directs the scanner to that URL. The QR code is delivered to you by email as a PNG image file.

2. What You Receive

Upon successful payment your QR code will be emailed to the address associated with your order as a PNG image file. The file is delivered electronically — there is no physical product and no shipping. Output size depends on the option selected at checkout: Digital (~370 px, ideal for screens and social media), Small Print (~750 px), Medium Print (~1100 px), or Large Print (~1500 px). Pixel counts are approximate and vary with URL length. Please ensure your URL is correct before purchasing, as QR codes encode the URL at the time of generation.

3. License

We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the QR code image you purchase for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, including printing, display, and distribution. You may not resell the raw image as a QR code generation service.

4. Refund Policy

Because our product is a digital file delivered by email, there is no federal right of return under US law once the file has been delivered. However, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if your QR code does not scan correctly or the encoded URL is incorrect due to an error on our part, contact us within 30 days and we will either regenerate the code or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Refund requests for change-of-mind or user-supplied URL errors are considered case-by-case. To request a refund, email hello@qrstio.com with your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and to cancel orders that we reasonably believe violate this clause, with a full refund issued.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that QR codes will be scannable by every device or application — QR code readability depends on factors outside our control, including print quality and scanning conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QRstio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that transaction.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which QRstio is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
